1. To cultivate a spirit of fraternalism and mutual helpfulness among our members and the communities we serve.
2. To increase the efficiency of the law enforcement profession and
thus more firmly establish the public’s confidence in the dedicated
service our law enforcement professionals provide protecting their
lives and properties.
3. To act as liaisons for our law enforcement counterparts in other
jurisdictions that may seek our help in drawing from the knowledge
of our members in order to better professionalize their own
respective departments.
4. To offer educational scholarships for our community’s youth and
develop training curricula for our law enforcement members and
educational informational seminars for the people in the
communities we serve here in the U.S. and abroad.
